@Jmelvin1020 Thats prolly more a loading error that doesn't have enough time to correct during the recording. It may have been correct when he used it, but in the remixing, Videos can get damaged, and a bad/not as good as another codec used to resync them for the remix, may not do a perfect job. It happens quite a lot in Anime Subbing(fansubs or official) when the quality of the video is purposely kept low for separation of Low quality users and high quality users, etc.
