I find it amazing how most People seem to look to outside Entities such as 'Governments' to do the work WE ought to be doing in this area. Have Governments ever dine anything for the "Benefit of Mankind"???? Come on.

Looking to Governments, Alphabetized Agencies, and other 'Authorities' is a given FAILURE before it even gets started. All we get is shut out, shut off and shut up.

My friend FreeWorld! You really should delve into this Phenomenon as it is a real time, real life and real Event since our becoming 'Civilized' some hundreds of thousands of years ago. The Meier Case is in humble opinion one of the best Cases in which to begin. The involvement of 'Other Intelligences' beyond Earth is incontrovertible and very real.
