  • well said sciontist, and as for educating kenyans as aunty "rucy" was saying, most kenyans are at the very least literate in one way or another,eg the danger of petrol is obvious and very real but lack and need supersedes the reality.

  • Waiting on the government will only bring disappointment, all kenyans should pull together, putting aside tribal differences and come up with creative innovative ideas to help advance each community and the country as a whole. Until people realize this, this sorts of things will continue to happen along with the molo tragedy and we'll still be pointing fingers and blaming rather than doing our part as kenyans

  • I have to agree with you on some points. I just got back from Kenya a few weeks ago, and many of us forget the realities of what is our Kenya. Kenya is still very much a developing country and as such the response rate experienced in developed countries is in many ways absent. There's no point in idle ignorant talk - will shipping the Indians back bring the dead back?...and on the idlers, why not realize that this is an opportunity to bring about much needed change in Kenya.

  • There are alot of people here posting comments about idlers not helping, indians shipped back,I note most are abroad, probably been away too long and forgotten how things work back home,no jobs,no,dol, trigger happy cops, they are quick to criticize in the comforts of their highly advanced adopted countries.how about going back and show this so called idlers how to eg go to ukambani to help the starving on empty stomachs themselves,in the photos you see civilians holding fire hoses ?come on.

  • I think they should have helped by breaking the doors locked to let out the people trapped inside. I heard that the indians owners were afraid that people would loot the store and locked people inside. That led to people burning inside slowly and sure. and by the way, Kenyan builds dont have water pumps that can automatically deploy once fire starts in the building. They have to depend on the 19th century fire fighting equipments against the 21st fierce fires. My heart goes to the bereaved!

  • trust me pal you're not the only one who loathes them

  • mazee i soooo agree with you these wahindis all ought 2 b shipped back to india as they are nothing but a bunch of greedy, fiendish, exploiters,PERIOD!!

  • BS,you cuntlickers are cheap and thrive on nothing more than exploitation with impunity as you can easily buy off "leaders".Also, there is no such thing as " Kenyan Indians" but kenyans and wahindis living in Kenya ie just passing by.Stop acting like you care!!!

  • you cant be mad at the whole group, if someone was an idiot he should be charged with manslaughter but you cant generalize all kenyan indians, or can you blame all kikuyus for burning those luos in naivasha or all kalenjins for burning those innocent kyuks in church, this generalization shud staop...doesnt help, as ablack person you know how it hurts to be generalized...for instance as stupid low IQ monkeys, now how do you feel about that?

  • Am so disgusted to say the least and I hope the Nakumatt downtown mgt fucking burn in hell for this shit of putting property b4 human life.I love my country but honestly,I loathe em Indians!damn
