500 gms.Pitted Dates cooked by microwave (2'@#10) then mashed up. Mix 1 cup coarsely ground mixed nuts (almonds, pistachio, cashewnuts).
1 tsp. cardamom. ½ tsp nutmeg powder.
Recipe no.2. Date spindles ( Recipe shown in video)Ingredients are same as above, but use 1 cup ghee or clarified butter to cook dates on stove-top. Poppy seeds used for decoration.
