An Interview with Kenneth Williams in 1974 with Russell Harty, where he was on his best form ever - a truly amazing and very funny performance.

Sadly, ten years later he was interviewed on various chat shows and he had visibly aged by illness and depression.

  • @pamalutracamchannel same here lol However i seem to remember one of his (few) friends said when they were on holiday. A fan came up and asked for his autograph to which he replied "no, piss off im on me holidays" lol Epic reply.

  • This wonderful man knew just how to start an interview

  • @pamalutracamchannel me too he was a truly great person what a shame he felt the need to take his life when he had so much left to give

  • If he were still alive, he would be amazing on QI. Simply amazing.

  • surely 1984?

  • @TheDiddlysquat No, he didn't have a sexual relationship with anyone. I think he once wrote (or said) the thought of a physical relationship with anyone terrified him. He was a very complex and lonely man. Quite sad really.

  • Love Mr. Williams. He used the same opening line ('...PVC...' ) on Joan Rivers 80's UK show as well. It seemed that most of Mr. Williams' humor was flying over her head.

    Delicious.

  • chris barrie does an brilliant impression of him

  • He is was and will be inimitable, whether caustic or cool. He was brilliant. Magical. Thanks so much. And i miss him very much.

  • HAAAAAAA HHHAAAAAAAAA
