  • Ok, there's some technique... But also there's some serious mistaques, almost always on a punchs the elbow is exposed, break the elbow joint first (1:08, 1:55), it would cause more damage than hit the solar plexus or a knee with a front kick. You should always incapacitate an agressor, avoid unefective complex movements(2:29). A moving head against a punch(3:01) is not a good idea... Your legs movement (5:02), that's not the way, circular moves are always better because they keep the stability.

  • Thank you for your analysis, I will deeply consider your revisions. I am still learning. Peace be with you always friend. @retsalbd

  • im wondering what if someone threw a realistic punch. ?

  • Yes maybe my partner didn't understand. I will try more intensley again. @EsmaelMajedi

  • seriously who punch like that in real life? ninjas are not very good at fighting, they are very good in weapons use ,tricks , evasion and steath. in a hand to hand fight a kung fu master can kick ass a ninja.

  • Quite possible, a ninja would use tricks before hand to hand because of the use of all the weapons. Thanks for watching. @lordcapucino

  • i do tong long and its know to be hard to grab ones arm like upward like in 1:09 , grabbing upward u will see in a real fight is insanely hard , try grabbing down it dosnt put stress on the arm and it also gives a better grip

  • we cal it kamai not hourse shift or what ever you call it.

write the origional kamai names.if you study ninjyutsu.

  • a rather informative video, however it seems like you need to work on the balance of your stances. at several points it seems like you're not grounded enough, and a good push would send you over. i enjoyed it though

  • @ShinobiMystic by boxing/Muay Thai/Karate doctrine a moving head is best against a punch to avoid a flat of full contact strike. So based on that I thought that was ok.

  • Excellent, much more than it seems in aperience, I am black belt in Taek Won Do and I am shure the technichs you see in these video are EXCELLENT.

    Best rewards.

  • Another ballet.

The problem is that in the Wst noone punch in this way ;-)

  • more realistic punches please?

    :)

  • @EsmaelMajedi what punch isn't realistic? lol i imagine evasion can be applied whatever kind of punch is involved
