Shows the direction of the adjustment for all observations in the v2.mean_adj file dated 2010/05/15. For each month, red dots are temperature stations with adjusted monthly mean greater than the unadjusted monthly mean, blue dots are stations with adjusted monthly mean smaller than the unadjusted monthly mean, green dots are ones where the adjusted mean is the same as the unadjusted mean.

the red slice shows the proportion of observations where the adjusted mean temperature was higher than the unadjusted, and the blue slice shows the proportion of observations where the adjusted mean temperature was lower than unadjusted mean.

Stations with a missing value for either adjusted or unadjusted monthly means are shown in gray. Some observations in v2.mean have no corresponding data point in v2.mean_adj. Those are not included.
