How does she intend to lower health care costs with government subsidies and an open border policy? The only logical explanation is to limit what the federal government will pay physicians for their services. People have to go through 8 years of college to have the lives of others in their hands and I doubt that many will be willing to enter that field at a middle class wage. This is what happens when politicians say they'll take care of you and make other's pay for it. Sad how many believe it.

For example, how about a 50-75% tax on ALL POLITICAL figures who allowed/turned our country & our economy into a shitstorm. @mtklaric man you don't understand US is hitting 100% of the gdp in national debt it needs more taxes if income and profit tax go up US will be more uncompetitive US will lose more production jobs ,a VAT tax is a must Greece was k till 110% national debt than bum 10% of the gdp austerity measures VAT raised with 4% as long as other taxes and budget cuts ,for US even with 2 % half of the military budget with 1% other budget reduction it will still need 6% that means a 10 % roughly vat tax .
