Nice video, but add me to the list of people who wanted to know how to use an actual (Cuisinart) food processor to chop an onion without ending up with onion purée. I agree with the previous poster who suggested you use "me" in reference to The Food Processor, because I kept waiting for you to break out the actual kitchen appliance.

It's a good video. If you're going to name yourself after a common kitchen tool, it might be good to name the videos in a way that indicates it's your name you're talking about (other than just capitalization). "How to cut an onion with me, The Food Processor" or "The Food Processor presents: How to cut an onion".
