Delta & Northwest, Together in Pink

Eighty Delta and Northwest breast cancer survivors took flight for the cure from New York-La Guardia to Minneapolis on-board Delta's pink 757 to kickoff breast cancer awareness month and our ongoing support of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Delta has (in one way or another) been responsible for the deaths of my beloved Northwest Airlines — the first airline I ever flew on ... Pan Am ... Western Airlines ... and God knows what other airlines. I really hate DL, and would have loved in NW had survived. I have a co-worker thats a former Pan Am F/A and she hates Delta with a passion for what they did to PA.

This is great and all and I am totally happy for them etc... but I wish they'd do more awareness like this for other types of cancers... like Ovarian for example. As an Ovarian cancer survivor, I would like a plane too >_>

AWESOME n BRAVO  I am support breast cancer. My mom passed away and she fights for 25 yrs. God bless my mom. Oh boy again with my 2nd sister got one and already removed on her left. God bless her..... GOD BLESS TO ALL WOMEN <3
