@bluebellyvideos sure the surgery is very expensive but comes in two forms a non surgery method chemical medicine called ibogaine it resets the trigger back to normal after 6 months it slows the endorphin release to near perfect and the surgery is a really a receptor replacement they do an incision on the head and go directly to the stem and clean out the toxins and totally resets the receptors by replacing them with natural growth after surgery its like youve never even done the drug
you forgot the biggest one of all heroin drains the most dopimine and hits the y receptor and u opoid receptor of the brain that within 3 months use the realeasing becomes unstable and medically not proven but at that stage you need a surgery that resets the dopamine of the brain also with physicly dependent meth users same goes for cocaine

@chunkmanshaun
Thanks for your comment, but sorry, this is wrong.
Heroin certainly does trigger a dopamine release (and hence has a reinforcing effect) but the research says that dopamine levels are boosted about 70% by heroin, around 400% by cocaine, and much more for methamphetamine.|
We've also never heard of, nor can understand, how surgery can be used to 'reset the dopamine of the brain'. Do you have any evidence of this?
