Simply:

Rational- A number that either terminates or repeats, and can be expressed as a fraction.

Irrational- A number that neither terminates nor repeats, and cannot be expressed as a fraction.

Isn't she INCORRECT when she states that 5.252525... is RATIONAL?????

The repetition of the "25" 3 times after the decimal place could simply be a coincidence and the number at the dotted lines could be a completely different number (eg. 5.252525639)

Please correct me if I am wrong, as I simply want to get the concept correct, but if I am correct, I wouldn't trust these videos to handle much bigger, more advanced, concepts.
