Ingredients:
250 grams uncooked elbow macaroni, cooked al dente (about 550 grams cooked)
1 cup chicken breast, cubed (about 250 grams)
3 tbsp. onions, finely chopped
2 tsp. garlic, minced
1 cup button mushrooms, quartered
3 tbsp. butter
1 2/3 cups UFC Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 cup or more cheese spread (Cheez Whiz)
1/2 cup water
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. oregano, optional
Procedure:
1. Sauté onions and garlic in butter.
2. Add chicken and mushroom.
3. Add UFC Spaghetti Sauce, cheese spread and water.
4. Simmer for 20 -- 25 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Toss macaroni noodles. Put in a casserole.
7. Top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
