The Times, they are a-changing - at least for Christianity in Britain. And the Law is helping the change to take place. Good thing too!
But why does it take me 3 hours to upload a video these days?????

  • Hi,

i would have liked it very much, if you had given any hint on the video by the Young Turks. A Link or the name of this video.

  • @martialme84 Just type in TYT or The Young Turks to YouTube. It is a News & Commentary site of real interest. Their political news is largely US based of course but they are prepared to bring all sorts of items of world news to the attention of viewers in an interesting, informed but informal way. Great!

  • Tenneral, you are a wise and gentle man. As plain as those words are, I have no better ones, no more complimentary ones, with which to describe you.

Please post more often. Yours is a voice that is much needed and appreciated.

  • @glasshammer52 Very kind of you to say so. Shucks, I'm embarrassed with such compliments!

  • Rather than being a light in the "Dark Ages", I'd argue that Christianity was instrumental in causing the "Dark Ages".

  • Perhaps you will not be so happy when christianity is replaced by islam and you are under Sharia law.

  • pat condell clone!

  • westboro baptist church would never make it in jolly old england. cherrio, old top.

  • Not to sound racist but it seems all the religious nutters are first or second generation immigrants whether it is christianity or islam. I live in liverpool in a very multicultural part too and there are still a few churches left the only people who go into them are black, mostly africans but a few caribbeans too. We need to stop these crazies from coming here, I'm fine with buddists and Hindus.

  • Good to see someone from down south seeing the faults of christianity. I always assumed it was just us heathens up north.

  • You Sir, should run for office. I thoroughly enjoyed your rant. Let me know if you ever come to Baltimore!

  • Thank you, sir. Your well wishes are most welcome here by those of us who lament the course of religious intolerance and ignorance that seem so rampant. As has been the case in so many other instances, the rest of the world seems to be light years ahead of us with regard to social and legal issues. I fear we are fast becoming a back-water state.

  • The US was built off the UK, in culture, politics and language. I'm unsure what we learned from the US. We pioneered the welfare state, which the US is yet to adopt, dropped slavery before the US, dropped the death penalty, legalized abortion and homosexuality, etc, long before the US. I'm not anti-american, they definitely influenced UK in a good way, but since TR the UK has been far in the lead and in many places still is. Plus the US culture is basically an extension of UK

  • @brprettybaby Thanks.

  • @mrblacksheep1o1 Christanity is based on Jesus Christ the Rock of our salvation. To be a Christian is to be "Christ like" following His example. There are many mockers in the world today, which God warned us about in the book of Jude. Sadly, Satan has perverted the true meaning of what a Christian shoud be and there are just a remnant left that truely follow the example of Jesus Christ. In Matt. 24 Jesus warned us about deception in the last days...
