So... from now on when there's an arena being torn down, is it pretty much a given that you have to have Bruce come and sing this song?

Song sucks. Man is that some generic shit. "if you've got the gut mister, if you've got the balls." wow, that's some weak run of the mill shit. He was the best poet in rock music history, but he's totally out of ideas. On the other hand, I'd love to see all of Philly get a wrecking ball. The city sucks, the eagles totally suck, and hate to burst the bubble but the cheesesteaks aren't that good.
