Minichopper - Cold Start

My mini chopper, was originally 50cc, now running 110cc 4 stroke. Modified carb and intake, rewired to run completely off the magneto (no electric start now, but the compression off the new cylinder was too high anyway for the old starter)
Now starts easily from cold. It used to run like a pig, but now is real sweet. I've had it up over 80k (thats when the speedo sender broke) and it keeps up with traffic well.

whats the diffrence between 50cc and 110cc im about to buy a 110cc but im only 14 so whats better?

@lamedice About twice the power and more torque with the 110 CC, but that makes it a bike you need a bike license for here in NZ, and can no longer be registered as a moped if you want to take it on the road.

Size wise, the engines are almost identical, and the gearbox is all attached, at least in the engines I have.

@Thomcat1110 Hat it up over 80k before the speedo broke. Put it this way, it keeps up with traffic on a 70K piece of road. This feels REAL fast that close to the ground 8)

Nice bike... I'm trying to figure out how to add a speedo to my chopper. I put the tank down and found couple wires that don't go anywhere. Some say "meter" so I assume that it's possible to mount a speedo. Does anyone have a plan on how to mount a speedo to a standard 50cc motor?

Mines just driven from a worm gear in the front hub, but it's melted the little disk that looks like it should just spin with the wheel so now it just slips and the speed is not accurate. I may look at a cheap digital speedo like for a push-bike. just to replace it, but put the guts in the chrome case for the existing speedo.

Cool mini. Just like a 1200 cc chopper. 1st kick runs and dies, 2nd kick and ready to warm. This got to be carb and no inject. Play with the choke and it will run on the 1st kick. For my son whos 15 would be digging this for a couple of years. My oldest wants a 1200+ cc. but a dual seat no solo. Whats the point if you go solo. Got to have a bitch back.
