  • nice biceps and chest!!

  • @felixkjoller Thanks man. The other day I did fewer reps and it didn't hurt. I think bouldering caused the pain. When you hang your bodyweight on one hand for some second and you have momentum too it can be de manding for your joints, bones, muscles, etc. Before the age of 8 I broke my arms 3x. The pain didn't come from those areas that fractured...Now I do more reps but I'm okay. It could have been my tendons/muscley as you said. Anyway, thanks for replying...

    Cheers

  • @jajajah86 Take a break! Don't workout untill the pain is gone. It takes a little time to get used to it. The pain might be in your muscles not your bones, but I don't know ofc.

I also recommend doing chinups one day, and then your pushups and triceps the other. That way your muscles will get a day to recover while you still being able to work out.

But srsly dude if you have pain in your bones and not your muscles, you might wanna see a doctor.

    I hope it helped :)

  • damn thats a lot of likes :O

  • People! Please help! I have started excercising every day. I do chinups, pushups and a triceps excercise(I put my legs on a chair and I grab another one behind my back. I lower and raise my body with my arms...). Last day I went bouldering to the climbing gym and today the bones in my forearm hurt while doing sets. Should I keep doing the excercises till my body gets used to it or should I make the workout less strenuous? Thanks...

  • @funkyllool

So do something about it! :)

I'm 5'11 and weighed 280lbs and couldn't do 1 pushup, down to 190lbs now and can easily do 30 controlled pushups and even 4 or so chin ups. No pull ups as of yet though lol, my lats are so far non-existent. My advice is drink only water, eat less, don't eat junk, take a multivitamin, and exercise whenever and however you can.
