Jillian talks about: a memory of being sent home as a teen by her martial arts instructor, hydrogenated oil, fructose, artificial sweeteners, the best way broccoli is microwave, plastic containers and some Biggest Loser stuff.

  • she looks incredible in this outfit :O

  • Love Jillian, she is my Inspiration..

  • “Microwave broccoli is best.” This should stir up some controversy.

  • Jillian is hot, I love tough girls. Where can we watch her doing muay thai????

  • I drink calories after weight lifting. I mix whey protein with some fruits. Sometimes in the evening I drink a casein shake with peanut butter.

  • She loves her job at BL, and it's probably in her contract that she has to plug products for them. They would have just hired another person if she had refused to do that. Blame the BL producers that accept money from any company ready to pay.

  • Of course you know artificial sweeteners are bad. You're a smart cookie. But, it's good to hear it from your mouth as opposed to all the promotion you and Bob do with products made with artificial sweeteners during The Biggest Loser, such as Yoplait Light, and others. Seriously, what's up with that? Honestly why are you promoting those items, no matter how much they are paying you. And if you can't afford to give away money without them, cut the prizes. The show would still be bomb.

  • It is not as simple as calories in calories out, read Gary Taubes book Good Calories Bad Calories.
