Heyy you guys are great first off! I'm not fat I'm just the slightest out of shape and I wanted to know how I can get my back toned for prom in June because my dress has a very deep back so my back cant have any looseness !

hi i really need to lose my love handles because im a gymnast and really self conscious about my shape are there any other exercises i can do to lose my love handles really fast? also my arms are soooo muscly from gym any idea how to make my arms seem thiner?
