  • hi i really need to lose my love handles because im a gymnast and really self conscious about my shape are there any other exercises i can do to lose my love handles really fast? also my arms are soooo muscly from gym any idea how to make my arms seem thiner?

  • @victrix18 if you want to see results quickly, you have to incorporate a nutrition program designed to produce this!   • @chanelbabe14 remember to squeeze your abs, a strong cough or laugh usually activates them well, so if you aren't sure how to do it, laugh it out! :) then do the workout xxo

  • this move works best after cardio, i swear my stomach flabs continued shrinking week by week. i still have some, but it helps!

  • Heyy you guys are great first off! I'm not fat I'm just the slightest out of shape and I wanted to know how I can get my back toned for prom in June because my dress has a very deep back so my back cant have any looseness !
