Peter Upfold demonstrates how to convert a Mac OS X .dfont file into a Mac-formatted TTF file with DfontSplitter, then use FontForge to convert that into a regular TTF file that Windows is happy to install.
DfontSplitter is free and open source and is available from — http://peter.upfold.org.uk/projects/dfontsplitter
FontForge is also free and open source and can be downloaded from — http://fontforge.sourceforge.net/
@eatthebanana With difficulty, unfortunately. If there's something specific you want to do, get in contact with me via the contact page on my website.
