Near Murmansk north of Norway the Trollfjord enters a stretch of open sea,
not far from the Norwegian coastline.

  • was this in the winter? I'm thinking of booking a trip up teh coast of Norway and back in August this year but am not keen on the rough seas!

  • it was in march/april and only on stretches of open sea, like here, the sea will be a little bit rougher. Have fun!

  • I took this trip earlier this spring, and we got a patch of heavy seas at around the same latitude. good fun.

most people did not have dinner that night, we had the dining room all to ourselves!

  • @pamcel

There's no sun during the winter here in Finnmark... which there obviously is in the video

  • The sea can be very impressive!

  • hah lol i am from norway and have taken ms trollfjord mutch times and its nice i never be seasick

  • haha as long you can hold your camera like this it's just the normal sea; I was on the MS Trollfjord over Vestfjord, and I was the only one who didn't got seasick: at really rough sea, you learn to fly (I really mean it): being in air for 3-4 Seconds, and when you walk, some steps are rather hopping 10 meters

  • I`ll say about 0,8 %

  • Believe me...thats not even 1% rough sea, just a bit windy.
