  • tried manus grip today, first time. i felt almost nothing at first but as the session went on i became very fatigued. moderate weights became very heavy. i focused mainly on grip based exercises but i think the secret is in every day lifting. its the one little change that effects every thing.

    p.s. shrugs and pull ups are the most noticeable.

  • @hatebreed79 Yes, true...thick bars are simple but extremely effective. The main two exercises I do with Manus Grips are Deadlift and Pull-ups. :-)
