3d total super soldier speed modeling challenge timelapse

just made a timelapse while making this soldier. This was 4 hrs total work time. I lost the first hour or so due to a crash and the movie did not save out.

@ZAKK33N This I used a base mesh that was made in something like maya. I typically use base meshes for characters.

Are these totally usable models? As in you can rig them and all? Not like that google thing?

@Geoxile I would need to clean it up and make it use able if someone wanted to animate, also add some arms, haha. But this was just a quick sculpt from a very basic mesh, so it was just for fun.

@mrgiloz, you defiantly need to learn to draw, at least that way you can design your own characters and have a strong understanding of anatomy, knowledge that's necessarily for character modeling

when you appended the extra pieces like the belt..was it a zsphere or a sphere3D ???

@KatonCallaway You'd have to retopologize the entire guy, considering you sculpted out musclegroups and so on on a base mesh without them, I'd wager it'd be easier starting from scratch than "cleaning up"- xcept for a displacement for gaming of course.

Please correct me if I'm mad wrong, though.
