Dennis Lee Hopper (May 17, 1936 -- May 29, 2010)
~Rest In Peace~

The Fraternity of Man is an American blues rock and psychedelic rock group from the 1960s. They are most famous for their 1968 song "Don't Bogart Me" which was featured in the 1969 road movie Easy Rider. Its original members included three members from the Lowell George-led group "The Factory" Richie Hayward of Little Feat, Warren Klein and Martin Kibbee, who joined Elliot Ingber from The Mothers of Invention and Larry Wagner. Blues leads were handled by Elliot Ingber, and psychedelic leads were played by Warren Klein including "Oh No I Don't Believe It" (widely attributed to Elliot due to his association with the Mothers). The band broke up after recording two albums.

Easy Rider is a 1969 American road movie written by Peter Fonda, Dennis Hopper, and Terry Southern, produced by Fonda and directed by Hopper. It tells the story of two bikers (played by Fonda and Hopper) who travel through the American Southwest and South with the aim of achieving freedom.

Lyrics:
Don't bogart that joint, my friend
Pass it over to me
Don't bogart that joint, my friend
Pass it over to me

Roll another one
Just like the other one
You've been hanging on to it
And I sure would like a hit

Don't bogart that joint, my friend
Pass it over to me
Don't bogart that joint, my friend
Pass it over to me

Roll another one
Just like the other one
That one's just about burnt to the end
So come on and be a real friend

Don't bogart that joint, my friend
Pass it over to me
Don't bogart that joint, my friend
Pass it over to me

Don't bogart that joint, my friend
Pass it over to me
Don't bogart that joint, my friend
Pass it over to me

  • R.I.P Dennis Hopper!

A great actor died from the consequences of his cancer!

He was an icon by the cult film of the hippie generation, "Easy Rider". But not Love & Peace, but Sex, Drugs & Rock 'n' roll has long been the motto of this exceptional artist.

A great man and actor !! Dennis: "I will always love you"
