Detroit Gang Shooting Caught on Tape

DETROIT -- One teenager is dead and another critically injured after an argument turns into a gunfight.

The shooting happened just after midnight on July 18 at the American Serbian Memorial Hall in Detroit.

Police say 15-year-old Marcell Sims was killed and 17-year-old William Nicholson is in critical condition.

However, the two teenagers weren't the only victims. A nearby senior apartment complex also caught some stray bullets.

One woman was paralyzed with fear, but she and her husband were unhurt.

Police are still looking for the shoote
