Let go

OHMAGAWD. YT was not lying, this took about 3 hours to upload O_O

Okay, this is totally inspired by "It's been a while" by WittyWeasley. It's in my favourites; must watch, guyss.
I got the LennexGenesis paring idea from that and loads of other ideas, too. I'M SORRY FOR THE BAD MASKING Dx It's not my fault! I tried my hardest T-T
I know it's Yuna talking at 1:14. But that was the perfect sentence and Lenne's voice is dumb, I hate Lenne's voice XD
Also, is it just me, or is Sephiroths eyelashes frighteningly long in CC? o...O I mean, what mascara does he use?? ANNND, is it just me, or is Genesis really really really really hot? XD

STORY (read, k?):

"I forgive you,"
The guns are pointed and Lenne clung to Genesis. The guns shoot which triggers Genesis to dodge and leave Lenne. The bullet hits her and Genesis just realizes what he has done; but all he can do now is watch while his lover falls to the floor.
Lenne wakes up. She's in a church and Genesis is leaning over her. He helps her out of the flower patch.
"Are you okay?" he murmurs. The dream suddenly comes back to her and she turns her back on him. He walks up to her and asks what's wrong. When she doesn't respond, he kisses her softly.
They continue their relationship, but the dream still haunts Lenne. One day while they're together, Genesis notices a tear roll down Lenne's cheek. He asks what's wrong but she refuses to tell him. After this, they are never quite the same. Lenne is always distracted and Genesis is determined to help. One day, he decides he's had enough and he leaves.
A few months later, Lenne is always on Genesis's mind. He misses her deeply. Sephiroth goes to him, smirking. He tells Genesis that he has killed Lenne. Genesis loses it and they fight. Just as Genesis kills Sephiroth, he notices Lenne standing behind them, crying out 'Stop!' but it's too late, Sephiroth is dead. Knowing troops will be after them for this, Genesis takes Lenne's hand and they run for it. They reach and dead end and Genesis says, quietly:
"I love you, Lenne." She looks up and suddenly sees her dream but backwards. Her fate changing. Then the troops enter and get ready to shoot. Lenne looks up at her beloved and closes her eyes, re-running her dream in her head once again. When she opens them again, she whispers:
"I forgive you," She hears the guns shoot and she closes her eyes again. She feels Genesis move but instead he move in front of her, pushing her away out the gunshot. Before she realizes, he is falling. He clutches to her hand with his last strength but lets go (Geddit guys? 8D) and falls to the ground. Lenne runs to him him and kneels at his side. She gives him one last caress and he closes his eyes.
