They can be liable for many thing... "defamation of character", "disobeying a court order"... etc. etc.
You should really get more than one opinion. How many lawyers are you consulting?
You better locate the producer ASAP and get yourself a copy. those who want to silence you will attempt to locate and neutralize him/her through any means at their disposal.

I have no idea of the things they can be held liable for. But I would guess retaliation/discrimination to name 1.
I was at my lawyers today discussing charges and when its written I WILL post it!
