take the hopper apart and get whatever your cat ate out from the impeller.....my cats usually eat something plastic and it gets hung in the impeller.......its not hard to take apart and clean......you will need to dissemble the cat genie all the way down to get the hopper out .....sounds harder then what is really is.....
