i have the sims 3 and i have a basement tool! you dont need world adventure. just update your game and you will have the tool too! :]

If you upload the new vesreion of sims 3 you can make basement better

My sister's got this game and I even get to make my own caricer's! and some weird peaple came to my house and are probibly still thare.
