I didn't think it hurt at all. of course all people are different though so I 'm not going to say this guy is a pussy or anything. But it's the easiest tattoo I ever got by far.

I already have one on my wrist.. I want to get one on my lip for my next one, but I heard they fade really quickly and require at least a few touch-ups.
Any truth to that?

yes it does fade and yes it will need a touch up not anything you can do avoid the touch ups.
