We go hands on with the 4.3 inch display of the ZTE warp. It's specs are impressive, but does it live up to it's claims and is it worth it for you to upgrade? My impressions so far are mostly positive and it's definitely an upgrade. First time Android users will be impressed as this phone performs as well as many upper end contract phones, and Android veterans will appreciate it fast response and ample storage. Available now and contract-free for $200 and it runs on Sprint's CDMA 3G network.

  • Thanks Alicynwashere! I have had a radio show in the past. Lately I've been more involved in movies and tv and most recently, phone reviews. Glad you liked my review :)

  • Is anyone experiencing long delays with text and SMS messaging being received? Not sure if this is a problem with the device or with the carrier.

  • Boost replaced my phone and I'm still have multiple resetting issues with the replacement phone, sometimes every 5 minutes when I am using it and once every few hours all on it's own. The phone completely locks up and reboots. It's very frustrating. Maybe the problem lies within an app or the phone's firmware.

  • @cody3897 You might try a small piece of electrical tape over the light sensor just to the left of the earpiece. That should trick the light sensor into thinking its in a dark environment.

  • @nolaniztweety. One thing i would like to suggest that might help would be a full device restore. It seems to provide some relief to the frustrations of constant resetting and unresponsiveness and it is more effective than an OS restore. Boost told me they are aware of the defective devices and are accepting returns. For device restore, power up while holding volume down key and power. It will wipe your device back to factory settings, but it will be more useable while you wait on a replacement.

  • I may have gotten one of the very early production models. The phone sometimes resets every 15 to 30 minutes. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

  • @djmiles099 Pokerface :|

  • @kayla25001 Android market. Check the live wallpaper section, it comes right up.

  • @SpecOpsAgent10 It's true live backgrounds consume battery life, even if it's not currently displayed on the screen it still continues to run in the background. I however enabled it only for the video to show the fluidity of the processor.

  • @reddnmilla Thank you so much. To answer your question, yes to both plus a few movies.

  • @slicdeath You're absolutely right! I forgot for a minute what site I was using. I'll have to work on more elaborate "easter eggs" in the future :)
