OMG, I have the bottom pictured T.V. It was my Mother's and can't seem to part with it. Who would have thought she bought it from Safeway, but that was where she shopped for many years.........
TMK? Probably Funai. I have a Funai from '85, and go figure, it's a total brick. All Japanese capacitors, a rugged mechanism, tons 'o metal inside, and a 20 pound weight. Terrible rubber that turned to goo though and some gloopy soldering inside. Def. back from when generic electronics were often better than branded ones.
God I love today's technology.... Hahah 13 inch.... My computer monitor is a 23 inch 3d

The one Safeway Super Store I can think of in Portland, OR back in 1984 is the location at 3527 S.E. 122nd Ave. (at Powell Blvd).
