@Sheri451 - The FBI and Florida did investigate, but no criminal findings were uncovered (mainly b/c Congress and Foley himself ran interference throughout the investigation), though I think it's safe to say that his political career's over.

@Sheri451 - Yes, there are...the irony is that not long before his forced resignation, Foley actually sponsored legislation designed to protect children from internet predators...apparently he was under the mistaken impression that passing a law made him exempt from obeying it himself.
