my corset training

Corset training also known as waist training or tight lacing

Basically, it is just making your waist smaller with the help of a corset which is made out of steel boning, at the back of the corset you have the lacing, the more you pull the lacing together the more shape you give your waist.
Doing this for long periods of time can make your waist get smaller and smaller.

It is advised to go down 2 inches when it is your first time, Do it gradually. Do not rush as patience is very important doing this.

NOTE: i do not waist train anymore. But this was the furthest i got over around half a year.

I have problems tying my corset; i can't seem to get the laces right and it form on the waist, like it doesn't tighten around my waist - do you know what i mean? It just has the same shape from the up and down. Do you know anywhere I can buy a good corset, with right laces who tightens up agains the waist?

You may loose a bit around the waist but nothing major. I know how you feel though as i used to have a tiny waist but have gained a ton of weight :(

Corsets are not a permanent alteration. Once you take it off your waist will go back to how it was before. It is suggested to buy a corset 2-3 inches smaller than your actual waist.

I've a corset, but it's too long for me / it stabs my boobs \ so I don't use it. I kinda accepted how I look and walk with my back straight and my head held high, like everyone should. :D

and isn't corset training dangerous? I mean, if you actually shape your waist like that, all your organs will be misplaced right? So isn't it healthier just to be on a diet? I've lost a lot of inches since I started Low Carb diet, but I guess everyone has their own thing! :)

@DinaIsAZN i heard that if you wear a corset long enough 1-2 years that your waist will get smaller inn measurement permanentley as long as you keep with your healthy dies and exercise, i wanted to start waist trainging i'm a ibt dissappointed but if it doesn't make your waist smaller then why do people do waist training not trying to be rude at all just curious

I wish I could do corset training. Not to make my waist smaller, but maintain my shape. yea corset training can be really dangerous but as long as youre not an idiot who ties it waaay too tight its ok. but mom wont let me :/ i cant wait til im 18. 2 years to go!!
