    I really don't think this was the Black Keys decision. They've never popped up in lawsuits before for many reasons. People are starting to call them whinny and greedy when they turned down a deal just to keep people from calling them sell outs. Plus, Dan was given a guitar instead of money for an album so he could keep making music. So, really... The Black Keys are awesome and they make awesome music. They're just negotiating with a bad group of people to keep the good group of people happy...

    perhaps the blackkeys just didn't want their music to be associated with a subpar, international pizza chain. so what if they sued. though they may be similar in style most logic would dictate that pizza hut would copy a popular song of the moment...not some blues song from 30 years ago.
