  • Oh and a free tip. Patronising someone doesn't work when you can't come up with a rebuttal to any of there points. It just shows how intellectually bankrupt your position is and how desperate you are to save face. Quite poor showing.

  • @CommissarRed The fact that you have to use so many words to attack me shows how weak you are. The fact that you downplay the living standards achieved in Libya, Iraq etc shows how weak you are. The fact that you try to call me a fascist shows how weak you are. The fact that you accept the arguments of Iranian theocrats, Kuwaiti monarchists, and Western and non-western counter-revolutionaries shows how weak you are. Stop trolling my videos and come back when you have something useful to say.

  • It never ceases to amaze me how many people on the left will race to embrace every third world autarch whom Washington happens to currently hate. Saddam Hussein and now Gaddafi, whats even stranger is that your arguments are completely nonsensical. After a bit of lip service to national sovereignty you all go straight for living standards, and then claim every bad thing against them is a lie. You could use the same argument against the invasion of Mussolini's Italy, or Nazi Germany

  • @CommissarRed You have much to learn young one. One day you will understand that a lesser evil that fights against imperialism is far better than a greater evil that supports it. You're not doing any of the oppressed people in the world a favour by condemning Gaddafi. May I suggest that you go back and read Lenin's works again, he'll set you straight.

  • I'm reminded of all these people coming out the wood work around 2005 saying they supported Saddam Hussein. Not opposing the war or the death penalty mind you, specifically supporting Saddam, why? Hospitals and education and employment mainly. The gassing of Kurds, the public murder of political opponents, the destruction of Shia towns and villages, the Invasions of Kuwait and Iran for oil and territory are apparently irrelevant so long as the trains run on time.

  • @CommissarRed Saddam's victims are currently the ones in power in Baghdad and they've transformed a once great nation into a devastated, desperately poor American puppet-state. And having studied Saddam's regime in detail as part of my graduate thesis I can say that I take the accusations against him with a grain of salt. He was America's public enemy #1 after all and they demonized him big time. Mainstream history is chock full of lies...you should see the BS they've spread about Stalin.

Really? Who supported Saddam Hussein? Let's see, the NATO crushed and overthrew Iraq's first and only democratic revolution, and when the Baathists took over and Saddam was butchering the Kurds and using chemical weapons on Iran, they (the Americans) adored him. None of this has anything to do with the current re-colonization of Iraq, nor does it justify it.

  • @blackiron60 "come back when you have something useful to say." Its rather telling that your throwing such a big hissy fit when someone doesn't toe your line. Its sad that you and others like you claim to represent the left wing. Tell me does it ever bother you knowing that you happily justify murder and violence? Is that why your so quick to denounce everything that doesn't fit your world view as a big conspiracy? Have a hard time acknowledging the truth?

  • @blackiron60 3. I've actually met Kurds, Iraqi Shia and an Iranian who fought in the Iran Iraq war. They have all confirmed his crimes. As have many Human Rights groups and the man himself. Kind of hard to accuse someone of believing in a conspiracy when he doesn't use there sources of information, try again. "Stop trolling my videos" Ahh here we go the last refuge of an intellectually bankrupt man, when confronted with information that doesn't fit your own bias call trolling.

  • @blackiron60 Oh dear where to start. 1. I'm not downplaying anything, I'm asking you why living standards make murder and oppression a ok? You refuse to answer that because you have no answer. 2 I didn't call you a Fascist at all, I simply pointed out how tyour "argument" could easily be applied to a defence of Fascist states, again you have no rebuttal for that so you lie and pretend I attacked you personally.

  • @blackiron60 However I do thank you for proving all my points correct. You have no rebuttal to murder and violence charges other then to claim a western conspiracy and ignore all evidence from non western sources. And forgive every single crime committed because NATO's been knocking on the door. Again a Neo Nazi could make the exact same argument against an invasion of Fascist Italy that you do and all they'd have to do is change the names.

  • @blackiron60 "You have much to learn young one." I'm six years younger then you, and seeing as how you're arguments have no substance you've clearly wasted those 6 years. "You're not doing any of the oppressed people in the world a favour by condemning Gaddafi. " And you don't do them any favours by cheerleading every local despot who oppresses them because they happen to be on the US enemy list. Once again you have no argument other then the Americans don't like them so they must be great.

  • @blackiron60 "a lesser evil that fights against imperialism" Read the history of Gaddafi, if you think he fought against imperialism then your a fool. He invaded another African nation, supported the French backed coup against Sankara in Burkina Faso, hell he trained the man who pulled the trigger. And he supported Idi Amins invasion of Tanzania. Imperialism is not a fancy term for American. I suggest you look the word up again.
