I would like to thank the person for the video. Johnny Angels got rid of all the real good evidence. Those bar cameras would have shown us minding our business and a DRUNK "off duty cop" harassing us. By the way THEY claimed I was drunk...BS.. I was the DD for that night. If I was drunk where are the blood test from the hospital or breath a lizer from the arresting office that had no reason to cuff me.

He kept telling me I was going to die and I picked the wrong person to talk back too. He kept saying that "He was going to kill me for saying what I said" Some how GOD knew it wasn't my time to go. His finger found my mouth somehow while he was trying to choke me out. And when he squeezed my neck again trying to get a better grip, he squeezed so tight, cause my jaw to lock down on his finger. After that I was all dizzy and light headed. I remember crawling and getting kicked.

he grabbed me up forced me to leave. I said I will leave soon as I pay the tab. Paid the tab we backed out the back of the bar because those so called cops was pointing pushing us out the door. Soon as I turned to start heading towards my car. I was jumped from behind, placed in a choke hold. Others was beating me in the head and kicking me in the ribs. The officer finger I bit off was the one that jumped me as I was leaving.

First all Thanks for All support. IT was all wrong from the start.... I'm good still Brian nothing has changed. It's hard to keep a good man down. No matter how many racist cops in this world... My next post will explain what stared it all that night.

All officers are not stupid retarded bullies because i know alot who took their oath sincere but these idiots are just that and i hope all of them are fired and sentenced... if brian was out of the way he should of been arrested not beaten
