my husband is in afghanistan, been there since september. hes my heart and soul and its so hard to live everyday with him 8000 miles away. our 3 year old is the only thing that keeps me going. god bless and protect those who protect us. come home safe honey. ur my world.

my brother's been back-and-forth since '01. now he's in the private sector but still going over there. to all those who didn't come back and their families, my deepest condolences and i wish you the best possible holiday season.

Just heartbreaking to know people have to go through this... I a, thankful for everyday of freedom I am bless with because of the brave soldiers who have risked their lives... And I cry for the families whos soldier didn't make it back...

@steven99255 Don't sweat it... I just got back from mine... You'll go through the best and worst times of your life out there. Remember above all that family is sacred, and the brothers on your left and right have you back stronger than the bond of blood. Don't ever be complacent, even if it is going slow. My roommate caught an IRAM in his CQ. Not a day goes by that I don't miss that sonofabitch... But I know he is kicking my ass for even talking about him. Your a soldier. HOOAH..

i am a former Military Police Officer i severed in iraq but before i went 5 high school friends of mine gave their live in all they had. they brought me back from iraq everyday one of them would whatch over me and this song is the one song that helps their memory stay with me. I am safe now guys thanks see yall sooner or later.
