That tool is illegal after all they don't see what you are downloading but THAT you are doing this Besides Bittorrent loads up at same time you're downloading that's the most illegal thing

On YouTube itself are OSTs of Browl

There are many tools for downloading videos from Youtube

But if you want to have it in mp3, don't worry you can convert it with Any Video Converter
