@DProductionss2010 Try the latest .99 drivers from Nvidia's 260 series drivers. They resolved the AA problem stutter for me in Fallout 3.

This problem seems Nvidia related really, I've had a HD4890 and this never occurred at any time, now I have a GTX 285 with the same ammount of memory and I keep running into stuttering issues.

Yes, I get the annoying #1 bug as well. I've started playing Fallout 3 yesterday after taking a break from it for 6 months and the annoying stuttering bug happens only in outdoor areas and not indoor areas. My PC is well capable of running Fallout 3 smoothly at my graphics settings because before I took the break from playing it then I did not get that outdoor stuttering bug. I have the same graphics settings now as I did then and now I get this stuttering bug.

The solution for me was to disable antialiasing. At 1920x1200, it isn't extremely noticeable, but I can't speak for smaller resolutions.

@videogaaaames I disabled antialiasing and it's much smoother when I'm in outdoor areas so thanks a lot!
