For example in Jerusalem we have drug called "Hagiga" - Celebration in english.
Every months police find out this drug, send it to laboratory and after that they set it outlaw. But in the same months chemical drug dealers get new drug with several slight changes and it becomes new inlaw Hagiga.
Nobody goes into jail, but people suffer everyday. Reminds you somthing ?

This is only one thing of many many that happen al lthe time. Main reason for all this is that market is not controllable at all. Anyone can produce things that will damage other peple and this product will be in law. I call to all these producers not satanists, but EVIL MIND.
