I have a twin brother. Looking back, growing up as twin brothers kind of hindered us from developing socialization skills, because (1) people always regarded us as "special" and (2) we didn't feel it was absolutely necessary to make any other friends.
I have two brothers and a sister. They're younger than I am. I think that learning to be good to them helped me to become a better person. Sometimes they say I was their hero when they were growing up. I don't know if I was ever a hero, but I certainly loved caring for them, playing with them, and taking them on all of my "big brother" adventures. I'm glad I wasn't alone.
