They are so incredible but i don't understand how the frisbee spin so easy on there finger. When I try, I can accelerate it but when I don't move my finger, the disc slow imediatly :-s

p.s. sory for my englishe, I speak french

.."nail delay" is the basic (and also the most difficult) trick..

..you have to spin disc on your nail..

..to create less friction we use fake nails and silicon spray..

..try to keep your finger(nail) in the centre of disc and make small circles in direction of spin..

..try to find anybody who could show and explain you "face to face" how to start..
