My favorite scene from the Hollywood Classic "Bell, Book and Candle" were Kim Novak plays a witch who makes Jimmy Stewart falll instantly in love with her by humming a magical tune. Instead of getting married in the morning (to an old sweetheart), Stewart pursues the love of this enchanting blond woman of mystery. - Hollywood Magic of the very best kind!

  • So, how does it end?

  • @tracifish She loses her magic powers, because she fell in love with a mortal. She's now "one of them", but they live happily ever after.

  • Is there a name for the tune she sings?

  • This is my absolute favorite scene! Thank you so much for posting!!!

  • That was a very sexual scene.

  • That tune is beautifully haunting

  • thanks for posting one of my all time favorite films, and people miss the point of the film if they think it was the cat, or the spell, that caused Stewart's character to fall in love with Kim Novak's. That's one woman that does not any magic spell.
