This is a guide to the location of the Tython Datacrons, it also contains information on the Crew Skills, An introduction to the World Bosses, and some of the smaller more nifty features with SWTOR.

Keep in mind that this is of course still in beta as such things are still subject to change in the next couple of weeks before a final product is laid out.

2:13 - +2 Endurance Datacron
4:06 - +2 Willpower Datacron
6:14 - Blue Matrix Shard Datacron
11:55 - World Boss (I need to work on the Sound Balance)
14:03 - Crew Skills (Artifice / Archaeology / Treasure Hunting)
16:51 - Misc Stuff

Had to call Bioware / EA to get that Security Question Problem Fixed. Boy was that Bioware Rep amused to find out what I had originally answered "What is your favorite activity" with.

  • hey, with the crafting system for making lightsabres, do you have to buy like schematics or something to make better sabres / make better crystals?....

  • @CaffeinGaming As the Artificing skill increases it will get access to hilts. The hilts serve as a basis for weapon damage on orange level items. In addition, artificing at the latest levels gets some artifact (purple) lightsabers. The patterns for the most part are simply purchased from the Trainer [as far as I can tell].

    Artificing: Hilts, Enhancements, Crystals, Shields

    Cybertech: Ear, Implant, Armor, Mods

Synthweaving: Jedi Gear / Sith gear

Armortech: Trooper / Bounty Hunter etc gear

  • fleshraider conquest droid is a champion mob, not a world heroic boss, fyi.

  • @JohnSavant Ah thank you, He was the biggest ugliest creature on Tython so World Boss seemed an appropriate description. I was only aware of the Normal > Strong (Silver little Symbol) > Elite (Gold Star) and then I wasn't aware there were distinctions past that.

  • @fullphaser right i see! thanks! great help :D

  • how did you get so meany im stuck with the ones u get at the biginin

  • Great video. I leveled a JK and JC to 10 last weekend and totally missed those datacrons. I appreciate you posting this!

  • Elites can be basically soloed with a companion, but you need to be careful (usually surrounded by Strong mobs). Champion mobs are tougher, and if there's a level 10 one, it requires three level 10 players to take it down. World heroic bosses can be seen from the first levelling planet onwards. Level 18 boss on Coruscant (droid) requires a full raid (24 people level 18) to take him down, raid composition can vary and can be flexible, but they are TOUGH and definitely need a raid.

  • lol he said Star Wars: KNIGHTS of The Old Republic... fail

    p.s. first
