Idealistic Dr. Maria takes a job as a country doctor in Massachusetts, the model for Obama-style health reform. She meets the Von Trappeds and learns that, for middle class families, universal coverage is not the same as universal health care.
Great job! The most fun and creative way I've seen that addresses the real issues of health reform & the need for single payer. The not so humorous reality is that when I saw the current legislation proposed by the tri-committee, I spent a few hours looking at what would be involved in a move to Canada. Let's save lives, not insurance profits. July 20 an amendment to the house bill will be will be introduced to substitute the plan with HR676 single payer. Call your rep - ask them to support it
I saw this show in person the other day. It is a must see! The show was funny, informative and important.

Very nicely done! It is a bit over simplified and somewhat factually impricise but poignant and informative.
