This is a short 3D animation film based on Mark Twain's The Mysterious Stranger and the character created by Will Vinton Studios for the 1985 clay-animation film The Adventures Of Mark Twain.
I used Lightwave 3D for most of the modeling and Maya for everything else.
I got the music track from freeplay . com.

  • @yeoldpepsi You need to see Mark Twain's Mysterious Stranger if you already haven't.

"I can do no wrong, for I do not know what it is."

  • This is like something you would see in those films called "Beyond the Minds Eye" and "Gate to the minds Eye"

What you see here is months and months of work. I work much faster today, but it's still a slow go.

  • @sperch3d crap i have trying and pateince but it would be ice to do somthing like this

  • I'll try to answer your question in short...

3D animation is an amazing form of art, however not simple and very demending. Lots of learning and lots and lots of practicing. it's not photoshop - learning it without guidance is next to impossible. The process of making 3d graphics is very slow and often tedious, so it requires a lot of patience. Be sure you enjoy this creation process, before putting your time and money into learning it in depth.

If you have any more questions - feel free :)
