This is the very last song published by Scott Joplin, but it was as a piano roll. It wasn't until later that it was transcribed to written notes. This is my first video at my dad's new place.
At measures 8, 42, and 50 you're hitting a wrong note. You play an E flat in the bass, and there is an F sharp wirtten there. That F sharp is what gives this amazing rag its characteristic "melancholy" sound.
And now I really have to hold myself back, but what did you do with the third and fourth themes?!!! Those are the life and legacy of this piece!
