I know there is language schools you can apply to that will allow you to stay only for the school year ~ I think that might be the closest thing to what you want ~ I'm sorry I don't think I can be much help but I'm sure just doing a but of research on the internet might find you something you are looking for

so nice. the streets look so small lol. i would like to live there too but i think i would of been better for me to live there on the times i was goin to school but hey mayb i can go to college there hehe.. it must b scary to walk through there in the night specially cuz is a long walk.. is it scary?

It's not scary at all ^^ ~ No matter what time of the day or night there are always people out ~ :) The streets are very friendly ~
