Question, is the links safe for hair and damage free? It doesn't allow for the hair to expand and contract as it normally does when wet and then after a blow dry.

i got this done to my hair and i hated it!! it eventually comes loose and falls out leaving you with half of a track attatched toy your head!! :P and It hard to remove with out going back to the person that did it!
